Following the implementation of the project Prevention of unfair business in which The Business Alliance of Slovakia investigated the most often used fraudulent practices in business and formulated 36 specific measures to eliminate them, the PAS Code of Ethics was created. JENEWEIN GROUP and companies of its portfolio have become one of the signatories and business subjects publicly expressing support in fight against frauds in business environment.

Since July 2009 The Business Alliance of Slovakia worked on the project, which main goal was to analyze competitiveness of the districts in Slovakia, to highlight the competitive advantages and disadvantages of each district and to formulate basic recommendations for their intensive development. The result of this intensive research is the Index of regional business environment that ranks districts in Slovakia by the quality of the business environment. Collected parameters allow comparing the districts in detail and identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
